Ah, that's something like I was hoping for. You could do that before, I think, but it would make adjacent anchors carreen wildly out of control with less anchor proximity to damper their pivoting nature.

Well, after class today, I change my previous statements about filters.
You can also use, edit & animate blur, drop shadow, glow, bevel, and a few other basics, in combination with blending modes like multiply, screen, and overlay.

Yup!
Thing is, those filters require very recent flash players to view. Some people aren't willing to update.

Oh good, it does require updated Flash players. That indicates that it is actually doing client side pixel rendering of vectors, otherwise it could just send cumbersome pixel material as it can now when it has to.
